Through the Yuzuy customer portal, you will have access to your downloads and documentation.
Please sign up there.
A Yuzuy employee will assign your license within a couple of hours after registration.
Users who are clearly identifiable as part of the customer’s organization will be assigned automatically. If the registration has not yet been completed or additional users need to be registered, please ensure they sign up.
If any users with a different email domain require access (e.g., as a service provider), please inform us.
Already registered users can leave it as is.
The documentation contains key information that can impact your design decisions.
If you're still in the design phase or your Qumulo infrastructure is not yet fully implemented, there may be further decisions to make. In some cases, configuration changes are needed before Yuzuy can be activated.
Please review the Preliminary Considerations in the Yuzuy documentation.
New clients are eligible to book an implementation workshop of up to one day (8 hours). If you would like to schedule a workshop, please send your preferred dates and a list of participants (including email addresses) using the form below.
To accommodate potential scheduling constraints, we leave the timing to you. The workshop typically takes 2-4 hours, though you’ll have a full day available. We are located in the Central European Time (CET) zone, so please keep that in mind when proposing times.
Requirements for the Implementation Workshop
You will receive a request from Qumulo Customer Success to confirm whether Yuzuy should be integrated into your existing Qumulo channel.
With Qumulo you can easily manage billions of files, whether they are large or small. Through adding more nodes, you can simply upscale your infrastructure on premise or using cloud capacities. Qumulo nodes will make your infrastructure more robust but you should still consider backing up your files.
